Customer Capitalism

The idea that corporations must focus
first and foremost
on maximizing value for shareholders
is inherently, and tragically, flawed.
.
It’s impossible to continually increase
shareholder value (i.e. stock prices)
which are driven by future expectations.
.
The focus on shareholder value
hasn’t done shareholders any favors.
.
Make customer value the top priority.
